      Handmade items can sometimes arrive damaged. We try to send our best products to you but sometimes a damaged product might slip through the crack. If this happens, send it back for a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item and we’ll replace it. Simple as that! Once we receive your item a replacement will be sent out. If we are unable to replace your item then we will issue a full refund. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

      All sales are final. However, if your item is damaged we will gladly replace it or refund your money if the item is discontinued.
